چکیده
This paper discusses the historical beginnings and current state of knowledge synthesis organosilicon compounds chlorine derivatives silicon. The key importance these for modern industry, including semiconductor industry (photovoltaic cells, microprocessors, memory chips many other electronic elements) is highlighted. Significant environmental threats related to production research challenges aimed at their elimination are discussed. complexity catalytic mechanism direct reaction silicon with CH3Cl alcohols presented in an accessible way. In last part work, directions development technology line principles green chemistry indicated.
